Add a New Location

To create a new store:

1. Click the "Add" button at the top right (purple color).
2. A form will open to input the store details (which will be covered in the next section of the guide).
3. Once saved, the store will appear in the list with the status "Active" if activated.

Add or Edit a Store

This screen allows you to add a new store or edit an existing one. The information entered here will be used to correctly display the location on the interactive map.

Note:

A location will be visible on the map only if activated via the "View on map" option.

“Details” Section

Enter the main store information:

• Name (required): the store name (e.g. "Perfume Idea - Milan").
• Phone: phone number (e.g. for direct contact).
• Website: link to the store’s website or dedicated page.
• Email: contact email.

“Addresses” Section

Important details to correctly locate the store on the map:

• Address 1 (required): street and house number.
• House number: separate house number (optional if already included in Address 1).
• Address 2: additional information (e.g. apartment, floor, building).
• City (required): city.
• State / Province: state or region.
• Postal code: postal code.
• Country: select the country from the dropdown menu.

Geographical Coordinates

For precise positioning on the map:

• Latitude (required)
• Longitude (required)

You have two options:

• Enter them manually.
• Use the interactive map to place the marker.

You can click on the map or drag the marker. Clicking on “Get coordinates” after entering the address will try to calculate the coordinates automatically.

Note:

The more precise the geographic information, the more accurate the positioning on the public map will be.

Search Filters (optional)

At the bottom of the page, you can add search filters (e.g. “Home delivery”, “Disabled access”, etc.), if they have been set up previously. These help users find stores based on specific services.

Saving

Once all required fields are filled in, click “Save location” (at the top right) to save the new store or changes made.
