Section: Tools > Bulk Import (Excel/CSV)

The Bulk Import feature allows you to upload multiple locations simultaneously using an Excel or CSV file. It is the ideal method to quickly get started with many points of sale or to update your store locator massively.

1. Download the template

Before importing, you need to use a structured file in the correct format:

Click “Download the template” to get a pre-set file.

You can edit it with:

• Microsoft Excel
• Google Sheets
• Apple Numbers

Important note: Do not remove or rename the columns present in the template file! The order and names must remain unchanged.

2. Upload the file

You can upload the following formats:

• .xlsx, .xls, .csv

Drag the file into the gray area or click to select it from your device.

3. Options before import

• Delete all existing locations before import (optional)
• Verification confirmation: you must confirm that you have checked the file.

4. Start the import

Click “Import the file” to upload the locations. If everything is correct, the stores will be immediately visible in the Locations section.

Problems with uploading

• Make sure all required fields are filled
• Check that the file headers have not been altered
