Section: Tools > Install Widget

The Install Widget page guides you step by step in integrating the StoreMap interactive map into your website. Here you can find both the HTML code to embed manually and the instructions for WordPress installation.

1. HTML Integration (for custom sites, CMS, Shopify, Wix, Joomla, etc.)

Use this option if your site is based on HTML or a CMS that allows direct code insertion.

Instructions:

  • Copy the code block shown in the black area.
  • Paste it into your site within the <body> tag, in the position where you want the map to appear.
  • Save and publish the page.

Note: the code contains a unique token associated with your account, so it should not be modified.

2. WordPress Plugin

StoreMap provides an official WordPress plugin, making integration even easier.

How to install:

  • Go to WordPress.org and search for StoreMap Plugin (or access your WordPress dashboard).
  • Go to Plugins > Add New.
  • Upload the downloaded .zip file or search for "StoreMap".
  • Install and activate the plugin.

Configuration:

  • In the WordPress dashboard, go to StoreMap in the sidebar menu.
  • Paste your API Token into the indicated field.
  • Save the changes.

Insert the shortcode [storemap] at the point in the page or post where you want to show the map.

After insertion, you can configure the map's appearance, filters, and settings directly from the WordPress panel.
