At StoreMap.io, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a clear refund policy for our digital services.
1. Type of Service
StoreMap.io provides digital services on a subscription basis. No physical products are delivered.
2. Refund Requests
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the service has not been substantially used.

3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have actively used the service (e.g., uploading data, generating maps)
- The 14-day period has expired
- You have already received a refund for a previous subscription
4. Partial Refunds
In special cases such as service outages or billing errors, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
5. Processing Time
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method, through our payment provider Paddle.com.
